Waterjet Cutting Titanium

Our waterjet cuts your titanium parts cleanly, efficiently, and without heat, which reduces the final machining needed. Cutting titanium with waterjet requires no tooling or special preparation. The thickest titanium DS&T cuts is 10″, and the thinnest we have cut is 0.03″. Titanium nests well to reduce material waste, for extra money savings. If you can stick your titanium under the jet, we can cut it!

The video coming soon will show our waterjet cutting a 18″ x 18″ x 5/8″ (w) piece of titanium. We use a Flow Ultra High Pressure Waterjet cutting machine. We are cutting at a rate of 3″ per minute. This waterjet machine is cutting with a 60,000 PSI (pounds per square inch) jet stream. The customer will use this part in an underwater research facility.
